The people in the service department on the phone are absolutely no help at all. My phone will not send SMS messages. I have to change the message to an MSM for it to go through. I have done everything they always ask me to do; removed the battery for a period of time along with the sim card, reset the phone, reset my voicemail (although that has absolutely nothing to do with phone issues but whatever), waited 72 hours in case it was something in the network area causing the issue. I have had this problem for 2 weeks 3 days now. Also, I am currently visiting home for the holidays which is 3 hours from where i live... still same problem. So it is not a network or tower issue. I cannot find any support to fix this.
