Hi bowlingdiva98. My name is Straight Talk Mark. I will be addressing your concern. Yes, we do support visual voicemail. However, not all devices are compatible for this feature. If you need further assistance, please let us know. You can also use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you for your inquiry.
