No service!!

I reviewed the coverage map and it said I would have great LTE service for my address. I order a phone and when I get it in and activate it, I have absolutely no service where I live. What is up with this??

I am looking for a service manual for an ft2200. Does anyone have this? It would be greatly appreciated. The radio I am repairing has a deaf receiver and this would help me troubleshoot.
