Music Streaming Problems

Just posting for help with my phone. I am trying to stream music through the Spotify Premium service, but there is only one problem. When I play any song and I have tried a couple dozen, they will play for only a second and then pause for a minute and play another second or so. I also did notice that my downloading rate is sluggish too. I was trying to download the playlist I created with Spotify for offline use and that is going on an hour for 10 songs. Greatly appreciate help as soon as possible.

Technically you are not allowed to stream music, watch YouTube videos, etc, per Straight Talk's TOS agreement.

The trouble to me about Music streaming is how to stream Spotify music to roku TV. If you are Spotify free user, there is right for you to download Spotify or play offline. So you have no way to play it on roku TV, only in the case that you upgrade to premium account. You can try to use a Spotify music converter Mac to download and convert Spotify music to MP3 or other common formats. Then those tracks are saved as local files on your computer. You can transfer them to any player and device.
