I'm having this same issue. My service doesn't end for 12 more days yet I have "No Service". Please help!

Straight Talk charged my debit card for service that isnt working at all. My phone shows a connection to the tower but it cant obtain a data connection. This is a widespread problem with your service. We deserve to know why our service is offline. I dont know why you cant give answers in your own FORUM. Almost half of this month has gone by and i still cant use my service. Im going to give you guys some time to try and help me but if you cant, im dropping Straight Talk. This is ridiculous.

Same issue here. Signal has been weak for a couple weeks, now today service is intermittent. Can't get calls or receive calls, text will go after 2-5 failures. If I try to make calls, I get silence, a message about network problems or I've even received a message that this number does not exist.(but it does) Multiple phones in the house with same issue.

I'm in Huron, Ohio and I sometimes go days with no phone calls coming in or going out.
No phone rings and maybe the next day, I'll get notice of a message left, then I'll also see the other messages I received.

I'm on the river, in a sailboat with a relatively clear route to the cell antenna in Lorain, Ohio but I have a tall metal building to the immediate west of me 100' away. A physical/wired
link into the boat, with an antenna 30 feet high is possible.

If I go to parts of the marina I get very good coverage, so I'm considering a cell booster/repeater to give me better coverage in the boat.

I'm not sure what provider I must report my repeater location to, and hope the report can be made on line.

On an aside, I have great internet coverage, but it appears that I have to file some sort of paper(?), or information to use the WIFI phone calls on my Samsung.

yes I have similar issues starting about two days ago. only happened for about half hour increments two or three times where I was unable to receive or make phone calls or text messages, and would send me on a loop to call *8899, *611, and some 1800 #.. Now it has been full day and just says service disabled, when I know I had 21 or so days left.. I have basic LG109C phone from straight talk with the 30$ plan, not sure if bc cheap phone but tried all the steps required and bout to give up on it..
