These automated "replys" are so funny. If someone has a minor problem with their phone and tries to Google it... All they will read is "HI!!!! Lets take this offline!! I care so much about your problems!!!" Its ridiculous. Lol my opinion.

Hello, i purchased a LG34C Optimus , anything i download fills up my phone memory , it wont let me save anything to my sd card

Yes, I'm beginning to see a pattern, I think these are initially being responded to by a bot, as the wording, even the incorrect grammer, is being repeated:
"Hello ******! My name is Straight Talk ***. We regret to know of your trouble. I will contact you directly with a private message. Thank you."
