I recently had the same issue. My phone died so i decided to use one of my Fiances old ones. The issue we cant find the account its connected to so i cant transfer my number and time to it.....

I am having the same problem. Just got this phone from a friend and they don't remember their password, email or anything to get logged on to remove it and I really need this phone.
