Website error costing me !!

long story - i have a simple Straight Talk phone and the $30 all-i-need plan. i got one of the android phones over the holidays and need to transfer my current phone number to it.

off topic - not at all - please hang in there with me....

i went on line last night 12/29/2015 - appox 11PM EST to transfer the number and remaining time to my new phone.
first of all it would not let me since this phone requires the $45 unlimited plan - i was hoping for a few hours of usage at least to try the phone - oh well...
so i went to SHOP Phone Plans Wireless and saw a very good deal 1 year unlimited for $440 - a $100.00 savings. so i selected Buy Now. then the fun begins...

the purchase page pops up for $495 plus taxes. the taxes were expected the $495 rate was not. i repeated this several times and gave up calling Customer Service. the young lady i talked with was unable to sell me this offer so i asked for a supervisor since it was on the website. she ended up relaying to me from her supervisor this was a NEW Promo and it would clear up in a few days. during all this i made screen shots of the website offer and the purchase page - evidence.

so today visited the website and it was now showing a 1 yr unlimited for $495 - an increase of $55 - i want the price advertised last night!!

i called twice and was unable to get Customer Service to honor "my" failed attempt to purchase the 'ADVERTISED PRICE'. this is not right i tried to purchase and due to the website error i am being ripped off!!

i am hoping one of the ST people can help
