I am now receiving this message out of no where. If I call out I get the "transferring to external operator" and if someone calls me it tells them the number has been changed or no longer in service!
I'll agree Straight Talk is a great deal, but with these type problems, over 3 days for a new SIM card to activate awhile back, and the extremely poor service I get at my home (and I've tried GSM BYOP & CDMA BYOP) I am ready to pay more. And I know it's not the area I live in because I have 3 phones that are on contract with Verizon and they have no problems at all.
Can someone please advise what to do to correct this error? I have tried everything I know and I work in tech support for Apple so I'm not a dummy when it comes to technology. I'd would rather someone tell me what to do to fix it rather than have to call in to Straight Talk so called "Customer Service." That is a whole other complaint in and of itself.
Thanks in advance for any information that anyone may have!!
