Hello,
I'm located in Pinellas County, FL & am receiving very slow data speeds. Is there a problem with the network here? I have not exceeded my data limit (1.23GB was what it says as of yesterday) so I shouldn't be throttled. When I run a speedtest I'm getting approximately .05Mbps down and .13Mbps up & it's usually in the 10-15Mbps range. It's so slow I can't even stream music.

Same problem here. After 4 hours on chat, I managed to get a number to call. You'll need to press that your usage is below the cap. In my case there was a "system error" that's causing this. My data was "throttled"for 22 days on .195MB use. IT did not reset on new billing.
