I am having the same probably, I just paid my phone bill and everytime i try and send a text it says "mobile station originiated sms denied cause code: 97" i can receive texts but not send any out. please help

I am not able to send messages to some people in my phone. i can send other people messages just fine. the people that i cant send messages to are very important because they are family and i need to contact them when i can. ive had the phone for a couple of days now and this issue is not working out. i called and they said that i should just keep trying but they are still not receiving them even when i am in great service areas and it says on my phone that the messages are sent. i can receive messages from them but thats it
