cannot get my phone to add my airtime

Hi. I purchased my pin number through the wal mart website and received the pin number in my email. When I type my pin number into my phone under add airtime, I get a message saying system unavailable try again later. I cannot call customer service because this is my only means of communication and I have no minutes left on the phone. I tried to do it though the website but it keeps asking for a 5 digit security pin and I dont remember ever setting a 5 digit pin code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

Ok I bought a straight phone had it turned on and they said I couldn't change my old cell no until the minutes ran out.. my min. run out on the 30th and this is the 27 but now my phone wont work.. if I call the no on for help it takes me to an recording I need to talk to a person.. I tried the website and it want let me do anything because it says my phone is already actaved...I want my old no form my old carrier and for my straight talk phone to work.. please help
