Add device to account

Postby FantasiaJ_ » Wed Oct 11, 2017 10:59 pm

So i've been with straighttalk for a while now and I've loved it up until now, I can't add my new device to my account and I am unsure on why....I've done everything the on-screen instructions have prompted me to do... can anyone help? Even called straighttalk multiple times and each time they say the system is down

I'm having this issue as well. It won't enter my other device because it is enrolled in auto-refill. Please help me add our other device to my online account. Thanks!

I bought a $15 bring your own tablet SIM from Walmart. I want to activate my Verizon tablet with ST. After trying to activate it at www.stbyot.com I received the message " The Service PIN you provided is not compatible with your Straight Talk device. Please enter a different service PIN. You can purchase a compatible plan using a credit or debit card. If you continue to experience difficulties, contact our Customer Care at 1-877-430-2355 for further assistance." What's wrong? Please help. We have paid off and closed our Verizon account and we're able to successfully activate a Verizon phone with the byophone package. Thank you!

Purchased a $30 service card from Walmart instead of my typical purchase of the $45 unlimited card. I went to Straight Talk's website to add airtime as I usally do, put in the service PIN on the card...and was told that the service PIN entered isn't compatible with my phone. I am on a limited budget and cannot afford to go back and buy a $45 card now that I have spent $30 on this card. If this is going to be the way things work with Straight Talk, I am going to have to research other monthly pay cell phones.
