My refill keeps saying pending transaction

I'm having the same issue. My iPhone has been active for a few months now. My end date was December 21st, 2016 and waited to refill it because I didn't have the money at the time. Finally bought a phone card, and it says "Activation is progress". Called the number, not helpful. I tried it on the mobile app which said "Your phone has a pending transaction". How can I get my new iPhone back up and running?

I started having the same problem last month. I bought a card, but when I tried to use it, I was told that I already had a pending transaction. After awhile, I ended up talking with customer service. They helped me refill my service, but when I attempted to use data, I realized that it was not working. I figured it was something wrong with this month's service, so when it ran out, I bought a new card and tried to refill the service and see if it worked, but it didnt.

My name is Terrell, and I'm currently having the same issue on my iPhone 6s. I was setup with auto refill but with January's refill it keeps saying pending transaction. I try to contact customer service but it keeps telling me to "wait 5 minutes" for the transaction to occur. It's been 3 days and still nothing.
