Can't add airtime card. Keeps on saying pending transaction.

Hey, I can't add airtime card. Keeps on saying pending transaction & wait 5 minutes for it to clear/go away. I've done that over 3 times & still can't add airtime card. I'm getting frustrated because I don't pay with a debit/credit card at all. I don't understand why it's saying pending transaction when I'm trying to activate my phone again with service card.
