So....I am simply trying to check the amount of data I have left on my mobile hotspot.
I get this message:
We apologize but we cannot complete this transaction. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355) for further assistance.
After spending 30 minutes on a chat session, it got to the point where it does process the transaction, but still doesn't tell me the amount of data that is remaining:
Data: MB of Web Browsing
(no number filled in)
The chat session rep was unable to fix that. I asked him/her to open a trouble ticket.
His/her response was "No. We don't open trouble tickets for web issues."
This is not a "web issue". This is a customer who cannot easily find out how much data he has remaining.
Can one of you ST people escalate this to someone who can actually fix it ? Just a reminder - this is a mobile hotspot, not a smartphone.
