We cannot process your transaction...

Postby metalmiss23 » Thu Dec 24, 2015 9:10 pm

We cannot process your transaction with the information provided. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355) for further assistance.

This is the message I get when trying to activate the phone I got from a friend, keeping my phone number. I'm just trying to transfer from my old ST phone to this other ST phone. My friend removed it from his account, so it's no longer active on another account. The process seems to accept the new phone without a problem, it's when I get to entering my SIM card number that I get this message.

HELP please! I do NOT want to call, and it's a holiday so I probably won't be able to reach anyone anyway, at least not anyone helpful.

I also have this same problem when trying to activate a new sim for a new phone I bought my mom for Christmas.

I get the message "We cannot process your transaction with the information provided. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355) for further assistance."

I am getting this message as well even though I checked to make sure that the phone I just bought would work.
