LG420G Airtime Gone

I have an LG420G the "ADD AIRTIME" option disappeared completely long ago. Every time I have to add minutes I'm stuck on the phone and that still don't work right. as well with today AGAIN...an hour and a half on phone... entering codes after codes only to end up getting accused of " you used up your airtime" If I can use up 1500 mins. in four days by making one or two 5 min calls per day explain that ...I get 1500 minutes per month...I only ever use maybe a few hundred I only make one to two short calls a day. was greatly offended by the support. Has anyone had this issue of the ADD AIRTIME option going missing. my due date has said 2013 for a long time it never seems to change. we have two of these phones the other one I've never had a problem with. seems tech support can do nothing but make it look like my fault somehow.
