The number is 268 XXX XXXX XXX XXX XXX it was my wife's old phone and she had her number switch to another service so I need to get this one to where it don't say prepaid service disabled and have it activated with new number

Garyshrout84, you may need to add an airtime card to reactivate the phone. The error message will be automatically removed from the screen. Thanks.

It should be able to be activated and the prepaid service restored and activated with a new number this ain't the first time I have had this problem with this phone and I think that is a crock that you all want us to put money on a card just to activate the phone cause no other company has that policy when it is being activated with their service are please provide me the unlock code to have it switched over to another carrier cause I know you all can give me the code are I can flash it my self cause I have had a lot of problems with straight talk service and I am very dissatisfied with the way they do things

I don't have the pin card no more cause it has been a few months before I have put time on it so why would I still have it you should not have to put a time pin on it cause I know there is some one at that company that can approve the phone to be activated if I ran my company like they run straight talk I would be living on the streets I have been with straight talk off and on for the past five years and every time I am turning around when I try to use or have one of my phones activated for one of my workers I get told they can't do it or their working on the problem or that they can't access the account at this time I am tired of the excuses from them all I want is the prepaid service disabled gone and or the unlock code so it can be released from you all network cause I bought the phone from wal-mart from you're company and I own the phone and all of that pertianing to it so if you can remove the prepaid service disabled and give me the steps and code to unlock it I would thank you cause like I said I am feed up with straight talk and tired of being given the run around

Cause I done had the phone number released a long time Ago to my wife's new phone and I need a new one for this one and I need the prepaid service disable gone so that I can have it refilled at a latter time for my employee

How long does it take to get the unlock code or have some one help you with the problem that we are having do you all need me to come to the company with some help from friends and up date you alls system so that it is faster and more reliable then the one that the company has now how is with all the money the company gets from us hard working people that they can't have a better system them the one that they are running now cause as for as I can see my phone that I just bought is faster then the system you are on and it ain't nothing but a unlocked and jailbroke iPhone 4 and it is doing more then you're system can handle I have done help most of the people on the straight talk sight and got e-mails from them telling me thanks for the help cause at my job I can't be wrong most of the time and I shouldn't have to jailbreak the phone I am trying to get help for it ain't that hard to give a code or remove a error message to get it up and working again I already did the hard part getting on here and waiting for a reply from straight talk company I have been telling people that is in you all thing hear how to fix their problems as they have been e-mailing me cause you all system is to slow
