$2.50 off with AutoRefill promo

I got a text saying that if I enroll in autorefill by 2/19, I'll save $2.50 off the $45 monthly unlimited rate.

I'm already on autorefill. Do I get the discount?

Is the discount one-time, or each month that I'm enrolled in auto refill?

I have the same situation. The web portal says I'm eligible for the promotion but when I follow the pages to activate it the system tells me that I'm already enrolled.

To make it better, I purchased a prepaid and was only charged sales tax. The auto-refill charged me additional taxes and fees so not only am I not getting the $2.50 discount but I'm being charged another $1.70 (or so)!

Straighttalk is starting to feel more like a traditional phone company then the savior.
