All of a sudden I'm getting this error in my browser, what's going on??

What's the problem? I have this happening also.

WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE A PRIVATE MESSAGE? THERE ARE OTHERS HAVING THIS PROBLEM. POST THE ANSWER -PUBLICLY- JUST ONCE AND THEN EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I am also having the same issue ("Access Forbidden" returned when attempting to browse websites). Kindly please respond with the solution.

It would be nice if users that see this problem would post their monthly data usage. That way we can see if this is ST's clever way of hassling medium to big data users out of their plans.. Tin foil hat firmly on.
