Same issue. Is this some type of 'limit' on my 'unlimited' data?? I do use quite a bit, but that's why I have an unlimited plan... Please help.

P.S. Restarting the phone / removing and reinserting the SIM also seem to temporarily fix the issue, but only for a day or so. :?

I am also getting the same "Access Forbidden" message intermittently when I am off Wi-Fi. Sometimes it goes away, and sometimes I need to reboot the phone to fix it. Any help?
