I'm trying to find out if anyone else has had the same issue as me and if so was your issue ever resolved. So my service was disconnected and I paid my phone bill, but I tried to make a phone call and received a message that my service was still inactive. I tried calling and chatting but of course the call center is closed at the moment. I will have to wait like 2 hours. When I called back and tried to use the same pin number the recording said that the pin had already been used. Did I pay someone else's phone bill or something? I know that I shouldn't have lost my phone number yet because the service end date was just yesterday. Please help because I don't know what to do. I am currently low on cash so I can't go and buy another card and take the risk of this happening again.
