Can't get service

Can't get service

I bought a bring your own phone kit, and tried it on two different phones. Neither will make calls. I get a message saying my phone is inactive..
I've spend five days working on this, and finally put one of the phones on Verizon.
I'm still working on the second phone because I have about 45 days of time left on StraightTalk. I did have 60 days, but it's counting down even though I don't have a working StraightTalk phone.
I have an old phone that does not work and they are using up my time.
I'm not a happy camper!

Cant get service

I have the same problem except after about 5 minutes it throws an exception error.

Did you ever figure out how to get it updated via the software?
