New Straight Talk Pin Invalid?

I bought a new straight talk card a couple days ago. I tried refilling tonight but kept saying my code was invalid. I have no cell service and am getting frustrated. This is a brand new pin that should be working. I paid $45.

I am actually having the same problem. Two weeks ago I bought a 45$ card for my fiance and she went to add it yesterday and they said it was already used for a different serial #. I have contacted both Walmart and straight talk about it and they both just keep saying that there is nothing they can do and send me to the other one. Someone please help.
