Call forwarding

I have an I phone 6 GSM and I need to turn off the call forwarding. It is turned on through the network and not on the phone itself.

This is on a BYOP straight talk plan. If I don’t answer by the 3-4 ring it forwards the call to my wife’s phone. If I can’t get this corrected soon I will have to change carriers. Come on STW this can’t be that hard to fix...
