I am having a trouble refilling my phone. I bought a $45 ST refill card, and now it won't let me use it because it's saying it's and invalid pin. Why? I don't want to be out the money for something I can not use, I've never had problems with it before.

My phone has been shut off since and so I bought a refill card today to start up my service again and it isn't working. My number isn't recognized and cant type in the full serial number. Help please
