Thanks for the link to the chat, Straight Talk Debbie. Unfortunately, the chat rep only pointed me to the Straight Talk BYOP website, then ended the chat. Honestly, I've never encountered worse customer service.

If anyone else out there has the same issues as I do, posting here won't help, and chatting won't help. I'll just have to keep trying different settings, do some more research, and if that doesn't work, I'll have to leave ST.

I just purchased a Lumia 520 and transferred my Straight Talk number from my previous phone to my new phone. I have tried factory reset and all sorts of APNs to no avail. I find it frustrating that there are numerous APNs out there that seem to work (including a friend who has a 520 on Straight Talk) with their phones but not with all 520's. I have also seen that out of nowhere the mms begins to work. My issue is that I get internet and SMS. I can send pictures to friends but when they send a picture message to me I get the message, "Get media content now (32kb)". Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have spent days trying to figure this out and even called Straight Talk customer service for help and nothing has worked.

I have a lumia 520 and I am having an issue with receiving MMS messages and group texts. I have tried all the APN settings listed here with no luck. I can receive internet, send and receive SMS, and I can send picture messages. However, I can not receive picture messages. Has anyone had this problem?

This would be message 5 since last evening. Is there anyway for me to get mms working. It seems that the lumia 520 is a popular phone here and this problem should be resolved.
