How do I get my phone to accept premium messages? It says only account owner may change and thats me but I don't know how. Help please

Hi Lisa. My name is StraightTalk Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. The premium messaging on your phone is blocked upon activation since we do not provide service for it. We cannot unblock that as well. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
