I just purchased a SIM card and I can call and text and some other things but other data doesn't work. Help!

I can private message but the messages remain in the Outbox and don't appear to get sent.

I was able to get it working. This is what I had to do for my phone - Lumia 710:

Download the app “Network Setup”
Create a new Operator called ST
Check to “Make this my current APN"
Connection name: st
Internet APN:
Access point name: wap.tracefone
Proxy address - leave blank
Proxy port - leave blank
Username - leave blank
Password - leave blank
MMS APN:
MMS access point name: wap.tracfone
Proxy address - leave blank
Proxy port - leave blank
Username - leave blank
Password - leave blank
MMSC address: http://mms.tracfone.com
