Posted: Sat Oct 26, 2013 8:59 pmThis might be the last hope. I have spent the last week trying to get the wife's phone setup for picture messages. EVERY person has read me the same script and the end result is the same. How do we escalate to actually get someone who knows something other than how to read the script?
