Has anyone had their picture message issues resolved?

I see lots of posts to check your inbox for help offline. I've replied to the messages in my inbox, but have heard nothing back.
Has anyone received actual help in resolving their issues? Specifically receiving and sending picture messages.
Anyone?

Nope, 30 days no MMS and no help from ST morons!!!!
tomorrow is my last day on ST, moving to ATT AIO!!! YAY in-store customer service, 4G LTE, MMS that works! What more can you ask for?
Good luck getting any kind of help! remember ST doesn't guarantee MMS on BYOP sims!!!

Yah. I may have to switch companies. I've always had good luck with straight talk. Everything worked fine until we were told to get new sim cards so I could trade phones with my wife. I don't know if it's because they are windows phones and everything is geared to android and iphone. Maybe the sim cards can be set up wrong???? I'm technologically ignorant.
