Hi,
48 hours, and SIm card still not valid. It was activated with the sim number on the activation card, and I noticed that that number DOES NOT match the sim car in the phone! They activated it on the new 'matching sim number' Nothing, after almost 24 hours.
I see that the E5 and straightalk comes loaded with mega problems judging by these posts. Please don't make me go through this anymore. It's torture. I DO NOT have any means of communication EXCEPT by post or IM by computer. So, I cannot receive or make calls, I have ZERO access to a phone. Let's knock this out today please.

Private messaging has been enabled. I sent the information Jennifer_ST asked for, but I think she is offline. Perhaps I could send you the IMEI number along with the SIM number for the card itself like she requested?
