Huge problem with Nokia E5

My phone just came in the mail today, and I'm having an issue with the "SIM CARD NOT VALID" message popping up. I activated my phone on the website and got a number but it's not letting me get past this. If I can't get my phone working I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and request a refund. Please help!

Same problem. Only Straight refused to post my review of their horrible products and service. I guess the First Amendment isn't valid here.
As my new phone sits in a box next to me. Unusable.
