Another E5 problem

Another E5 problem

Postby deerslayer72291 » Sat Aug 18, 2012 11:38 am

I have no way to contact straight talk any other way right now because I have no phone. I got the sim card not valid problem like quite a few of you have been. And I think they gave me a T-Mobile sim card because the number starts with 890. If thats the case even if it did work i would have no service at my house along with about half the town i live in.

In my case, my E5 still isn't working even after they sent me a new SIM card. It's been several weeks now since I bought the phone. I want to get a refund on the time card that I purchased with the phone since I haven't been able to use it, but so far they haven't even done that. I wish you luck, but if your situation is like mine then you might have wasted your money like I have.

Refurbed E5 here, same issue, invalid SIM. Pretty bogus on out of the box phone. Will post for reply later

Obligatory post so that I can reply to PM from Shelly_ST (by the way with regard to the issue in this thread, ask Straighttalk to send you another SIM card, that fixed the SIM card issue for our refurbished Nokia e5) It took about 3 business days for replacement SIM card to arrive.

I have never been on a forum that has to approve every single post before it is posted. Isn't this unusual? Trying to get a jump on my 5 post count so when My delivery is here I can just get help. :)
