Issues with Nokia LG 220C

Hello, I have had this phone for roughly 2 years or more now, I have had no problems out of it before. I tried switching over to a Samsung model phone, but was having issues with it. The Samsung phone would freeze and then restart itself in the middle of a conversation. So I switched back to my old Nokia phone. Never had a problem with it until just recently. Now, I am having issues with the phone not sending or recieving phone calls as well as texts messages. I have factory resetted everything and it is still doing this. Is there anything I can do besides getting a new phone. Please help
