Shipping and confirmation of order

I ordered Nokia E-5 on July 9 at 11:43 am and expected at least by this morning a tracking number my current phone end date is 7/13 . The money has been deducted out of my account but nobody can tell me what the problem is . The person answering the phone is reading from a script and keeps telling me in broken english the same thing over and over again and that the phone will be shipped some time??? I feel like they have no idea what the hold up is and unable to get to the right person who speaks proper english and who I can understand maybe somebody here can figure out what is going on
