No MMS or Internet

I broke my old 6790 & purchased a new identical unit. Slipped in old sim, battery and data card. Phone makes calls and normal texts. No MMS or Internet. I get message: "Data counter: No data counter available". Your thoughts? Thanks in adavance, Greg

We are sorry for the trouble. From the main screen, use the navigation keys to highlight the Web icon and press the key in the center of your navigation keys. Press the key below the word Options. Using your navigation keys, go to Clear privacy data, then press the key in the center of the navigation keys. You can choose Cache, Cookies, History, Form/password data or All. You will be prompted for confirmation. To select Yes, press the key in the center of your navigation keys. You may turn off and on your phone, then access your phone’s web browser. Thanks.
