Very Slow 3G Speed

I have had for the past week very slow internet speed on my Nokia E71. I'm wondering if that's because it's not really "unlimited" or maybe a problem with my phone. Connection is not a problem, as I have full bars and yet I still only get a speed of around 25KBps or less. Is this the kind of limited service I can expect? If there is a solution let me know.

Hi vilchis03.That shows what kind of internet you are getting. The E means Edge, and the times where you see the line going through the middle means there in no internet service at that time. You should be be getting 3G internet with your phone, if you are just getting Edge than you must live in an area that is to far away from At&t's 3G Network.

i have an i phone 3g, and i get 3g on my phone but it is very slow i can;t even watch youtube videos unless i am connected to wifi.

Hi nadiarny. Streaming video is supported through wifi. If you have access to wifi and if your phone is wifi-capable, you can view YouTube videos.

Hey Ive read a few of these posts and Ive been having the same problem. If you could help me out with the slow 3G speeds it would be greatly appreciated thanks. Mine is extremly slow even with full bars. Ive turned my phone off and on multiple times, ive also reset the celluar a couple times but its still reallyyyy slow. Please help.
