Nokia 6790 is not what it should be

Ok I have been having a problem with this phone. It does not do anything it should. I have been trying for a while now to get through to someone with no luck yet. Why on earth does it take so long to get approved. We should just be allowed to post without it having to be seen by someone first. I am sorry but I do not have all night to get this fixed.

We have been trying to fix this since 9 o'clock this morning it is now 2:24 in the afternoon.

They should recall all of the nokia 6790 phones and fix this problem before millions of people waste close to 200 dollars for a phone that does not even work right!!!!
