Texting Problems on a Nokia 6790

I can receive texts fine just can't send them. Not sure what the problem is. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I was able to reply to a PM... I've had this phone for a week now and I'm getting really frustrated. The 800 number has no idea what the hell to do. I had no number for my message center, so I put in +13123149810 like you said. tried it with the + and without. I'd love some help.
