Support Hours

I am new to Straight Talk. If I've got this right there are at least 3 ST support venues: Telephonically, Facebook, and this site. Anyone awake at this site to give me operating hours? I'm having issues.

Hi safspir. My name is StraightTalk Elle. The Customer Service is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:45 PM. Our IVR (automated system), Facebook, Forum and website (www.Straighttalk.com) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hope this answers your question. Let me know. Thanks.
