Alcatel and Other Phone Brands

Why are there only sub-Forums for Motorola, Samsung, LG, and Nokia? What about Alcatel and Other Phone Brands sold by Straight-Talk? If it is not appropriate to create an Alcatel sub-forum then can you create an "Other Brands" sold by Straight-Talk sub-Forum?
