Hello, i got a refill but they said i was a couple days too late and now i need a new SIM if i want to use the refill. But i really don't want to lose all my photos and messages. What happens when i get a new SIM? i would really liked to keep my messages and photos. especially photos. it's fine if they are gone when i get my new SIM but i want to have all my other stuff archived on like my computer or something so that i still have it!
What memory card would i need to save all my pictures?
what do i do? Thanks in advance.

i just need a general solutation. i can't go through a live chat and put in all my information. That doesn't seem needed.

why does this forum exist if you dont answer the questions, just send us off somewhere else? i dont feel comfortable at all providing personal information to what should be a general and simple solution. if you want to message me a solution fine but i will not call att or live chat someone with personal info when it is absolutely not needed!

They never answer questions on the forum... It might provide written examples of wrong answers.
