Refilled My Service And My Internet is Still Moving slow

I have a Nokia Lumia 635. I just Refilled My Service On September 26th, 2015 And My Internet connection is not going at the rate it should be. I still have 3gb left on my phone. I don't know if the apn settings are right or not.. Please help
