Cannot receive MMS on new Nokia 920

Just replaced my Nokia 920 with another Nokia 920 (using the same Sim card). I cannot receive MMS photo text messages; however I can send them. I have talked with Straight Talk support and everything they have suggested has not worked. I have "hard" reset the phone, I have waited 24 hours for the "change" to be effective, etc. The current MMS APN I am using are:

APN: RESELLER
USER NAME: Blank
PASSWORD: Blank
AUTHENTICATION TYPE: PAP
WAP GATEWAY (URL): 66.209.11.33
WAP GATEWAY PORT: 80
MMSC (URL): HTTP://MMSC.mobile.att.net
MMSC PORT: 80
MAXIMUM MMS SIZE: Blank

If anyone can give any guidance concerning this matter, it would be greatly appreciate. My husband has a Nokia 1020 with different APN that works fine; we have tried his APN settings on the 920 but it does the same thing (no mms).
