So, far neither my or my gf's phones have recieved the Denim update that was released quite a while ago.
Both of our phones function as they are supposed to as far as I know. But, alas we are not getting this update.

I need to get this update for my phone to be able to update to Windows 10. As this will be required.

So, can anyone help me determine what is holding back the update?
