Need data settings for Lumia 635 (T-Mobile version)

Hey folks. Both data and MMS suddenly stopped working on my Lumia 635 a week or so ago. I didn't change anything. I've seen lots of other settings posted in this forum but they seem to all be for the AT&T model of the phone -- I have the T-Mobile model. Anyone have any working settings?

I was successfully using wap.tracfone for the internet and MMS APN, http://mms.tracfone.com for MMSC and 80 for MMSC port, everything else blank. Not sure why it suddenly stopped working.

It's ridiculous to me that with all the questions on this setting you guys can't make this public information. I have the same issue, worked great for the last month and today no mms and no cellular data. Let me know the fix please, PM away.
