Lumia 930. No MMS

My wife and I both have a Lumia 930, and up until yesterday everything worked great.
Since yesterday afternoon I am no longer able to send or receive MMS messages, but my wife still can.
We have the exact same phone, with the exact same APN settings, hers works, mine doesn't.
I cannot figure this out. I've tried re-entering the APN settings, soft resetting my phone, factory restoring it, spending time on the phone with straight talk, everything I can think of.

When someone sends me an MMS message NOTHING happens, and the same thing happens when I try to send one. No alert, no notification, nothing.

Any suggestions?
