I can use internet and phone but cant get internet sharing to work.

I am also having this same issue. My internet and messaging works fine, but it won't allow me to do internet sharing???

How do I use the internet sharing option on my Nokia Lumia 635? I'm trying to use it to play my PlayStation 3.
